BA, Sociology and Organismal Biology, Colorado College
Key Duckworth graduated from Colorado College in 2019 with a BA in sociology and organismal biology. While at Colorado College, she developed an interest in advocacy and social justice through active participation in the criminal-justice reform community and co-founded an organization to monitor judicial conduct at the county level. Under the advisement of Dr. Wade Roberts, she completed a senior thesis on the relationship between mental health outcomes and the development of sexual orientation identity in young adulthood, using longitudinal data to develop a novel measure of identity development. She is proud to be a part of the CSDE team and excited to further the important research that the CSDE is doing to improve outcomes for children and adolescents with intellectual disabilities.
