Essay Prize
The Catherine Frisone Scott Center for Italian Cultural Studies at UMass Boston is pleased to offer an annual CFCS Italian Studies student essay prize.
Have you written (or will you write) an essay or created a project that focuses on an Italian topic for a course during the 2022-23 academic year? If so, you are eligible to submit it to the Italian Studies Essay Award contest. The winner will be honored with a $250 prize.
Essays must be typed, double-spaced and at least 1,000 words long (not including references).
Submissions are typically due by the end of the spring semester. The winner will be announced in early May.
