We have a limited number of application fee waivers.

Criteria for consideration:

1. Demonstrate financial need.
2. You must have started an application and have most of the supporting material matched (i.e. statement of purpose, resume, writing sample, letters of recommendation if possible).
3. Confirm you can satisfy the international applicant requirements if applicable (including the English Proficiency test)

This form will be reviewed by the GGHS PhD Graduate Program Director and fee waivers will be granted at a later date. Thank you.
