Diplomas/Certified Electronic Credentials (CeCredential) for Bachelor's, Master's, & Doctor's degrees, Post Master’s Certificates, and Certificates of Advanced Graduate Study are ordered approximately 4 weeks after each degree date. Diplomas/CeCredentials include majors (all students) & Latin Honors (for undergraduate students). 

You will receive a confirmation email once your diploma has shipped and your CeCredential is available for download, typically within 2 weeks after they are ordered.

Diploma Name & Address

• Degree Name is the name that will appear on your diploma/certificate. If there is no Degree Name added, your Primary Name will be used.
• Diploma Address is used to ship your diploma. If there is no Diploma Address added, your Mailing Address will be used.
• Personal Email Address is linked to accessing your Certified Electronic Credential. 

Update these in WISER by navigating to Student Center > Personal Information. All updates must be made in WISER before your degree date (5/31, 8/31, 12/31). If this is not possible, please contact the graduation team with your circumstances.

To update your Primary Name and/or Mailing Address, please use the Biographical Information Update Form.

Paper Diploma Printing & Delivery Information

Diplomas measure 8.5”x11”. They are packed & shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Ground Shipping to your Diploma Address; tracking is not available.

If you have moved since your degree date, please contact the US Post Office to ensure your mail is correctly forwarded  

You can expect to receive your diploma according to the timeline below. 

• December 31: US delivery is expected in mid-February, and international delivery is expected in late March. 
• May 31: US delivery is expected in mid-July, and international delivery is expected in late August 
• August 31: US delivery is expected in mid-October, and international delivery is expected in late November.  

CeCredential Overview

Students who graduated in May 2020 or later will receive an invitation email with a link to purchase and download your digital credential when it is available from our trusted partner, Paragidm®.

Lost/Damaged Diplomas

Diplomas are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Ground Shipping; tracking is not available. If your diploma is lost or damaged, contact the Graduation Team. Please allow up to 2 months from the shipping date to US addresses, and up to 3 months for international addresses.
