College of Management Welcomes a Global Cohort of Dean’s Student Ambassadors
The College of Management at the UMass Boston is proud to announce its newest cohort of Dean’s Student Ambassadors–an extraordinary group of undergraduate leaders who will represent the College throughout the 2025-2026 academic year.
Hand-selected by Dean Venky Venkatachalam, these eight ambassadors exemplify leadership, academic excellence, and a shared commitment to community. Throughout the year, the ambassadors will represent the College at events, support prospective student outreach, and serve as advisors to the Dean by contributing ideas that enhance the College of Management experience.
“This remarkable group of students embodies the values of inclusion, innovation, and collaboration that define the College of Management,” said Dean Venky Venkatachalam. “Their voices will help shape the student experience, strengthen engagement, and inspire others to lead with purpose–both on campus and in the community.”
Each ambassador brings a unique story, a distinct academic focus, and a deep passion for leadership. From Tamil Nadu, India to Buenos Aires, Argentina, and from Marshfield to Haiti, this diverse team highlights how global perspectives come together at UMass Boston to create one powerful community of learners and innovators.
