PLEASE NOTE:
By law we are required to mandate that you use your legal/primary name when filling out the forms:

• ABSN: FALL- May 1st, SPRING - Sept 1st, SUMMER - Feb 1st
• RN-BSN Online:  No deadline      
• TRADITIONAL BSN & EHS: FALL - Feb 1st, SPRING - Nov 1st        
• CM:  FALL - Aug 1st, SPRING - Jan 2nd
• ALL other Programs/Colleges (not listed above) have no deadline

  • All returning students (EXCEPT COLLEGE OF NURSING STUDENTS) who left in Good academic standing, Warning, Probation, Extended Probation, or Alert and want to:
    - remain in the same major when they last attended
    - OR change to a new major in any college except for majors within CM or CNHS
  • Manning College of Nursing students MUST always use CNHS Application/Form

College of Management Re-Enrollment Application

College of Management (CM) Re-Enrollment Application (MGT & IT/MGT) 

  • Non- Management students who left in good academic standing and now want to change to a new major within the College of Management 
  • Applications are accepted year-round, and must be submitted by the following

College of Nursing and Health Sciences Re-Enrollment Application

College of Nursing and Health Sciences (CNHS) Re-Enrollment Application (Nursing & EHS) 

  • Non-Nursing students who left in good academic standing and now want to change to a new major within the College of Nursing and Health Sciences
  • Former Nursing students who left in good academic standing and now want to resume studies in the  College of Nursing and Health Sciences

Deadlines:

  • ABSN - FALL: May 1st, SPRING: Sept 1st, SUMMER: Feb 1st
  • RN-BSN Online - No deadline      
  • TRADITIONAL BSN & EHS - FALL: Feb 1st, SPRING: Nov 1st

  • All programs/majors except College of Management and the College of Nursing and Health Sciences 
  • Applications are accepted year round 

Accelerated Master's Program

 Accelerated Master's Program 

  • Current active, matriculated, undergraduate students who wants to indicate interest in an Accelerated Master’s Program (AMP)
  • Credit minimums:
    • a.  at least 60 completed credits.
    • b.  Honors College students with at least 50 completed credits.
    • c.  Transfer students with at least 30 in-residence completed credits.
  • Current students who wish to remove AMP interest from their undergraduate record
    • This does not update Graduate Admissions records if you have applied

College of Management Program Add/Change Form

  • Non-Management students who want to declare a Management minor or a major within CM – Management or IT (CM)
  • Current Management students who want to switch majors within CM – Management or IT (CM)
  • Application Deadlines: August 15 for Fall and January 15 for Spring 
  • Please note applications are accepted year round; however admission decisions are only made for fall and spring semesters

College of Management Concentration/Track Add/Change Form

  • Only for current degree-seeking Management students who want to declare or add an additional concentration or track.
  • Applications are accepted year round

College Nursing and Health Sciences Program Add/Change Form

College Nursing and Health Sciences Form

  • Non-Nursing students who want to declare a major within CNHS
  • Current Nursing and Exercise Health Sciences students who want to switch majors within CNHS –Nursing or EHS      
  • Deadlines:
    • ABSN - FALL: May 1st, SPRING: Sept 1st, SUMMER: Feb 1st
    • RN-BSN Online - No deadline      
    • TRADITIONAL BSN & EHS - FALL: Feb 1st, SPRING: Nov 1st   
  • Applications submitted outside those periods will be automatically voided
