"The 'template’ (DEAR MAN) for communication is effective! It has really helped me communicate myself, and uplift myself when dealing with relationships close to me." – Attendee

"I like how she [the presenter] gave us such a wide variety of options and new ways to deal with our stress and anxiety." – Attendee

"I really liked how we discussed the myths behind self care and what it can consist of." – Attendee

"[The presenter] was very engaging and made us comfortable by relating to our procrastination habits, showing us that we’re not alone and it’s nothing to be ashamed of." – Attendee

Coaching Feedback

"It was a great coaching experience. I've been in therapy for a very long time - this was specific and targeted. My coach's education and experience really helped me view things differently from an emotional perspective which consequently will impact my behaviors in uni." – Attendee

"My coach was able to direct me to resources I otherwise would not have known about or realized were available to me specifically at school. [My coach] physically walked with me to the Ross center to get more information about how they might be able to help me and that was the catalyst for me getting accommodations through the Ross center." – Attendee

"Coaching has made a huge difference for me. Even just prioritizing things at the end of a session and looking back at them the following session and realizing I had done the important things was huge and so helpful. [My coach] helped me zero in on what was important to me in my life outside of school and prioritize my time so I could do the things I needed to do while still getting to  do while still getting to do the things that I wanted to do." – Attendee

"Coaching has taught me better management skills, both with my school work and outside of school. Learned things like making affective schedules and have continued to do so after coaching ended. Helped me learn better perspective in life when feeling overwhelmed and stressed." – Attendee

"Coaching helped me pull everything together in the middle of a very difficult semester after taking some time off of school for medical reasons. [My coach] was excellent and gave me useful tools and ideas to help better organize my schedule and break up work into manageable segments during a time when I was very overwhelmed." – Attendee
