• Hone bilingual (English-Spanish) skills by improving knowledge of English and Spanish syntaxes, morphologies, and semantic systems.
• Explore the history, principles, theory, and practice of oral and written translation.
• Practice the techniques of legal, medical, technical, general, and literary translation.
• Learn to work with a wide variety of online dictionaries, reference materials, and other tools and resources used by professional translators.
• Apply skills to meet the increasing local, national, and international demand for professional translators.
