Coding & Data Entry
The center maintains a staff of coders who are experienced in coding open-ended and keying closed-ended questionnaire items. CSR developed a data entry program using Qualtrics’ online survey software. This system is programmable to prevent out-of-range codes and ensure consistency with data formats. Data entry is routinely 100% independently keyed and verified, and data quality is maintained by close staff supervision.
