Multimedia Services
Many of the meeting and event spaces at UMass Boston feature integrated audio visual systems. The technology can be easily utilized by our clients or event support staff. In instances where more advanced multimedia services are required, AV Services at UMass Boston is available to support your conference, meeting or special event. For an additional fee, AV Services can provide customized multimedia support. Our standard built-in services are included in your reservation and may include:
- Podium with fixed microphone
- Projection or LCD screen with PC (windows 10) and HDMI connections
- Network Access (wired or wireless)
- Touchscreen control panels for media, sound, and lighting
