Teach for OLLI

Share Your Knowledge and Passions with OLLI!
OLLI's classroom offerings are largely composed of courses, OLLI Talks, and walking tours and can be facilitated in-person or online via Zoom. Most of our courses are 5-6 weeks, meeting once per week for 1.5 hours. OLLI Talks are one-time presentations or workshops held usually around the lunch hour. Walking tours consist of a well-researched tour of a neighborhood or location in and around Boston and the south shore.
Proposal Process. OLLI welcomes proposals for courses, OLLI Talks, and walking tours from volunteers who would like to share their knowledge and passion for various topics and places. If you would like to facilitate a weekly course or give a presentation or walking tour, we would love to hear from you! In general, we accept proposals for the Spring semester late September-early November; and for the Fall term, proposals are submitted late February-early April.
Please submit your proposal through our online submission form. Now Accepting Fall 2023 Program Proposals. Deadline: April 18.
Questions about the process or a potential topic? Please email those questions to proposalolli@gmail.com.
A proposal form guide is also available to assist with filling out the online form.
