RSVP for Open House
Work with advisors and mentors to plan your courses, explore specializations, and map out your career path, while Career Services helps refine your résumé and portfolio, and prepares you for interviews. Participate in company visits, career fairs, networking events, and projects through BEST Boston that tackle actual business challenges, and hear from peer mentors who provide guidance and share insights from their own program experience. Graduates leave ready to lead confidently, transform teams, and shape organizations.

College of Management Requirements for Bachelor of Science
Major Requirements
Complete 51 credits from 17 courses including three business foundation courses, eight management core courses, five management & leadership courses, and one capstone.
MAP Program: Students must complete the Management Achievement Program (MAP) as part of the major.
Pass/fail: No courses taken pass/fail may be applied toward the major.
Residency: At least six courses for the management core must be completed at UMass Boston.
