Members of LGBTQ+ community have many assets and gifts; but also face many unique challenges. For those who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning or intersex (LGBTQ+), it’s important to recognize how your experience of sexual orientation and gender identity relates to your mental health. Here you can find culturally competent resources geared towards the LGBTQ+ community.
