Appointments & Drop-Ins

The Academic and Career Engagement and Success (ACES) center provides advising on the following topics: 

  • Academic Advising/Course Registration (only for undergraduate students who are Undeclared in College of Liberal Arts & College of Science and Mathematics, and College of Management students with fewer than 60 credits)

    • Please note: if you have a declared major in another school/college or more than 60 credits in College of Management, then visit our home page for links to other advising offices. 

  • Career Success Advising (available for all undergraduate, graduate, and alumni) ****Graduate and Alumni Students should make an appointment via Handshake.****

    • Resume/Cover Letter Critique

    • Internship/Job Search Assistance 

    • LinkedIn/Networking Assistance 

    • Practice Interviews

    • Interview Preparation Assistance 

    • Pre-Law Advising

Our standard hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. However, we do offer evening drop-in hours and appointments virtually on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 5-7 p.m. Please use the booking links (below) for available times.

During the Fall 2023 semester, ACES advisors are available on a drop-in basis in our office suite (Campus Center, 1st Floor, Suite 1300) at the following times listed below.

Mondays 2:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Tuesdays 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Thursdays 2:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Fridays 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.

You can make an appointment with an ACES Advisor for course registration/academic advising and/or any career success topics (undergraduate students only). Your assigned Academic and Career Advisor will be listed in WISER. You can also refer to the chart below.
