Areas of Specialization
Research:  Jie Chen's current research interests focus on 
Applied Probability, Parametric Bootstrap, Scan Statistics,
Statistical Inference and Computation, and Statistical Learning.

Teaching:
MATH 125: Introduction to Statistics,
ECON452, Econometrics,
Workshops in Applied Statistics,  and in using software such as
SAS, SPSS, Stata, R, AMOS, MPlus Python, and WinBUGS.
