Advising Case Management

The new UMass Boston Advising Case Management system is being built on the Salesforce platform. In the first phase, professional advisors will be able to capture all interactions and communications with their students in a centralized space that also promotes easier collaboration with other professional advisors, and in a future phase faculty, to record and track interactions and recommendations for success.

Login to Advising Case Management using the Single Sign-On option and your UMass Boston credentials.
